Nine years at Deloitte South Africa, then built and scaled his own technology consultancy to a team of more than 30, across government, manufacturing, and professional services. He started Solvue-IT to close a specific gap: growing businesses that need strategic technology thinking and operational systems built for how they actually work, not an enterprise playbook forced to fit.
