Elwill Louw brings 15+ year’s IT experience to the team. With a multi-skilled and solid background in Information Technology Support and Management, Elwill has a number of Microsoft certifications (A+,N+), CEH, Vmware, Veaam, Trend, Fortinet and soon CSX accreditation.
Elwill is a process improvement champion with a history of implementing new procedures and technologies to strengthen security posture, enhance operational efficiency, and control costs.
With repeated successes in directing IT projects from inception to execution, he strategically allocates resources and delegates tasks to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery. The management of technical support operations and the diligent troubleshooting of issues to identify root causes and prevent recurrence are a personal strength.
Project management, system administration, problem solving, strategic planning, business continuity, data backup and recovery skills are all strong components of Elwill’s expertise, along with sales and vendor relations expertise.

His key strengths are design, implementation, improvement of processes to increase productivity, cost control, consistent completion of complex projects on time and within budget as well as the innovative integration of old and state of the art systems and technologies. He is perfectly suited to help Solvue‐IT deliver on their ethos of ‘IT as a Business Tool’.
Further, Trust’s skilful response in both crisis and everyday scenarios and operations, coupled with his passion to never stop learning, ensures he continuously adds value across all of Solvue‐IT’s customer base.

With over 17+ years’ experience across various areas of the banking and financial services industry, coupled with extensive experience in a myriad of IT roles, Renier brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to both the team and our customers in his role as Business Analyst.
Professional, accountable and as comfortable working independently as he is in a team, Renier’s unique ability to combine much needed technical aspects with essential business strategy, in a logical manner, has resulted in a long list of successfully completed projects throughout his career.
In addition to his experience as a highly skilled business analyst in the banking and finance sector, Renier has also fulfilled a number of key IT roles, including but not limited to: project manager and project administrator, business support specialist, business analyst and business strategy, programme management, integration (including third party interfaces) together with various other components across IT software development cycles; combined with extensive exposure to a number of different project management methodologies.

About Siyabonga
With a National Diploma in Information Communication Technology (software development), coupled with extensive experience across software development and databases and a deep understanding of all areas of specialisation, Siyabonga is perfectly suited to his role as Senior Web and Application Developer. His main areas of responsibility, aligned with Solvue‐IT’s key focus, sees Siyabonga tasked with providing systems support to customers in the development and/ or enhancement of business systems (new or enhanced products), as needed. Siyabonga is also involved in planning, reporting and analysis, thus ensuring as holistic a solution and delivery as possible. Energetic and enthusiastic, together with good judgement and creative problem-solving skills, ensures complete accountability on all projects he is involved in.
