Daryl started his career at Deloitte South Africa in 2006, spending nine years building technical depth inside one of the country’s most demanding enterprise IT environments — supporting infrastructure for over 5,000 users across multiple locations.
In 2015, he founded his first technology consultancy and scaled it from a solo practice to a team of 30+ people, delivering cloud transformation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity work across government, manufacturing, professional services, and the private sector.
Solvue-IT was founded in 2020 to close a specific gap: South African SMEs and growing businesses needed strategic IT thinking and operational systems capability that was practically built for how their businesses actually work — not adapted from an enterprise playbook.
